Refunds and Cancellation Policy

This refund and cancellation policy outlines how you can cancel or seek a refund for a service that you have purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:

  • 1: In case of receipt of an unoperational service please report to our customer service team. Cancellation will only be considered if the request is made within 7 days of receipt of payment or operationalisation of agreement.
  • 2: In case of any refunds approved by ZORILLA FINTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, it will be credited to customer account within 1-7 business days.
